2. update and enhance existing eLearning course material
3. convert instructor-led training material into e-learning; or
4. update outdated e-learning courses (that may include Flash) for access via mobile devices.

We specialize in working with SMEs to design and develop customized training content from scratch.  All training content is developed utilizing instructional design methodologies (ADDIE) and converted into modular format to assist individuals in developing and enhancing their competencies in specific areas as needed.

• Blooms Taxonomy: to address learning outcomes and assess the target audience's cognitive understanding of the training content
• Kirkpatrick's 4 Levels of Evaluation to evaluate the results of a training program
