We specialize in designing customized training content, and eLearning courseware for businesses and educational institutions.

Today's learners expect to access training content on-demand (anytime, anyplace, anywhere) and many businesses, educational institutions and non-profit organizations are faced with the challenge of meeting that demand.

We work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to:

- create eLearning courses for new training initiatives
- update and enhance existing eLearning courses
- convert instructor-led training material into e-learning; or
- update outdated e-learning courses for access via mobile devices.

We specialize in working with SMEs to design and develop customized training content from scratch.  All training content is developed utilizing instructional design methodologies (ADDIE) and converted into modular format to assist individuals in developing and enhancing their competencies in specified areas as needed.

We also use additional learning theories (Blooms Taxonomy and Kirkpatrick's 4 Levels of Evaluation) when appropriate.
